The entire staff was so friendly and patient. It was my son's very first dentist appointment, he autistic and was extremely nervous going in. They let him watch how everything works by cleaning my teeth first and he allowed them to give him an exam. I had called a couple offices before them and the receptionists almost seemed annoyed when I mentioned my son. When I called Rochester dental center the receptionist was warm and welcoming and assured me they would make sure he had a pleasant first experience and they delivered!read more

This was my first visit, but Dr. Rich and her staff are very friendly and seem to care about your specific situation/needs, and give you enough information in order to plan what's right for you.

Dr. Caitlin and her staff are fantastic! My family has been seeing her for a quite a number of years and they've been great! I highly recommend the RDC for your dental needs.

Dr. Cait and her merry band are the best! Good cleaning, good conversation, and good check up - what's not to love! I appreciate the cheerful, professional vibe and all the smiling faces. And the beautiful view out the windows is a big plus.

I broke a front tooth last night, called the office in the morning and they had it as good as new in 2 hours flat. That's just such fantastic service that I can't get over it. Great staff great assistant and super great dentist. Dr Caitlin is the best!read more

Was so happy to find this wonderful place. Had dentures made with another dental office, which have caused me extreme pain for over two years. Called this office by chance with hopes that they could get me in in the near future, the receptionist asked me if I was in pain, and I told her yes, she had me come right away. If I could give this office 10 stars I would, the dentist is amazing knowledgeable, kind, and very understanding, easy to talk to and listens. She listens. !!!!!!!! Receptionist, are very knowledgeable and kind as well. Very pleased.read more

I was looking for a new dentist and chose this one for being nearby and was impressed with their website. No regrets. I immediately felt comfortable upon my 1st visit. The atmosphere felt light and airy and my hygienist was great. The dentist, Caitlin, was very capable and welcoming. After my favorite dentist, Dr Van Osdol, retired...wasn't sure I'd find another as good. I believe this dentist and her staff is an excellent replacement. I look forward to continuing my dental care with Dr Caitlin Rich and her staff.read more
